Current research interestsDr. Shailey Minocha is Senior Lecturer in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) in the Centre for Research in Computing of the Open University (OU). Her research focuses on the interaction design of electronic environments, with two related strands: (a) information design and pedagogical effectiveness of e-learning environments; and (b) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and service quality of e-business environments.
The core thrust of Dr. Minocha's research has been on investigating user behaviour with computer systems, users' requirements from technologies, and the nature of the user-system interactions, which influence the design and usability of electronic environments.
